Account activation - offices closed

Hello

My quick start package has arrived but I believe it needs activating as it currently says access denied when checking the internet. 

I tried called two numbers to activate but the offices are closed due to Covid 19. 

Please can someone get in touch to help with this?

Any help would be appreciated so much! (Having to work from home)
