When I joined I selected the £50 welcome credit, this did not appeared on my first bill, does it normally take a few months to appear? This was an online offer and I have an email to confirm it as part of my purchase.

Sorry to see you've been left to chase this credit. Can you please confirm if there were any other offers or incentives that you selected when you signed up for the services? This may be a case of multiple offers or incentives not being applicable on a new account
