How to report a critical illness for a Virgin Media account holder

You may need to report a critical illness to a Virgin Media account holder and if you do, we are here to help. Just make sure that you have the account details to hand when you call and our dedicated team will be happy to assist, even if you aren’t the account holder.

Simply call our dedicated team on 0800 952 2302. You can call us between 8am to 8pm Monday – Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. We are not open on Sundays.
