Your HUB is trying to get the ToD (Time of Day), but the request has timed out.

Your Public IP, like local 192.168.0.x addresses, is dynamic.

This IP is leased and must be renewed on a timed basis. It doesn't mean it changes, however, as it doesn't very often with VM, however it still needs renewing.

Hello

First one is a request from the hub for the time of date.

Second one the lease for the hub has expired and it requesting the IP address.

These are quite normal to happen and nothing to worry about and can happen when the hub is powered off and then on, also can happen every 7 days or so.
