hub 3 keeps disconnecting

I have a basic set up hub3 as my wireless and telephone service  which has worked fine for a number of years.  In the last week at random times throughout the day I loose internet connectivity on all devices both Wi-Fi and those connected directly to the hub by Ethernet cable . The light on the box is white  all the time and the phone still works .Once this happens I have no internet until I power down the hub and then turn it back on , at which point it works fine for a short while .

Does that look like a WIFI problem?

No, no it does not.

I suspect either a dead hub or the powerlevels are totally out of whack.

Has anyone actually checked the hub data? Are sure sure everything is in spec?

Richierich76 if you login to the hub at 192.168.0.1 you can copy and paste all the data from the different tabs here.

We can have a look and see if anything is amiss.

It's up to you, but you 100% need an engineer sent out. I dont know why it took them so long to make that happen.

Thanks for your reply, risc19, however has he has already stated he has a visit set up that would have been the outcome.
