How do the wifi pods work? How do they know which hub to connect to?
What stops it connecting to my neighbour?
How do I test that it is working?
Its been in more than 24 hours, doesnt seem to have made a difference?

they are provisioned for your hub3 using the mac address afaik - has the pod/s connected to the hub - if the white light has gone out then it has - if its still flashing then it has not

thanks for the reply. The light is out. We are on Hub 4, who adds them to our hub? Is this done by Virgin?
So they won’t connect to my neighbours then.
They come pre-configured?

if the light is out they are connected to your hub if you download something like inSSIDer for a pc you should see the mac address of the hub and any pods
they can only connect to your hub and no one else can use them as long as your hub wifi password is secure
you said earlier you thought they were not helping you need to position them half way between the hub and a black spot for best/better results not in the black spot

Or right next to the hub so the weak Wifi can jump on the pods better wifi😁
