constant disconnects and slow speed

Hi there,

I have been experiencing internet drop outs and slow speed for a couple of months now but the last week it has been extremely bad.

My network logs look like this:

and my internet speed can reduce to 1mb/s. This problem generally seems to occur in the evening and I have created a graph with thinkbroadband for the past week and here is yesterdays:

Hello

As the network log pictures contain your MAC address I am afraid that these cannot be approved due to that information being personal information, and  posting that info in an open forum is a security risk as well as being against the forum rules.
