Just joined Virgin, just over a week in and Wifi keeps dropping which is making it very difficult to work from home. Had some good support today for a drop that lasted an hour. Just dropped again for a couple of minutes. Might need to move back as can't have this sort of inconsistency.

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your connection, I have taken a look for you and I cannot see any issues on our side that could be causing this.
Can I ask how things have been with the connection since your last post?
