I have spoken to chat twice now in past few weeks who said they would supply a second pod but nothing arrived. I have little or no WiFi in my garage which is attached to my house I have an ev charger which needs good WiFi can anyone help. How can I get another pod my volt package states I can have 3 free of charge.

Have you tried by logging into /my-virgin-media , as per the info below from https://www.virginmedia.com/wifi-max ?
If you’re not getting download speeds of at least 20Mbps in every room with one WiFi Pod, you can request a second or third by signing in to My Virgin Media, clicking on Your Package and following the steps in the WiFi Max tab.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
I am sorry to hear of any WiFi issues. Please use the Connect App 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/connect-app - when downloaded, you'll be able to do a wireless scan in the property. This will check and identify any coverage blackspots. It'll try and optimise where possible but if a further Pod is needed, you'll be prompted to order.
