Long story short we have had internet issues now for about a week. Contacted customer services who have advised getting a wifi pod, i just need to order one, but i keep being told this isn't possible. And feel now like im going round in circles with no one willing to help and passing the book.
Ive tried i think every possible way to contact VM about my broadband, and currently being passed from piller to post. No seems to want to help, being told one thing from CS and another from someone else. Is it to difficult to get a answer and my broadband problem sorted!!!!
