Wifi Max pods

Has anyone else noticed that the wifi pods no longer connect, only happened in the last few days and will not reconnect. the light on the front is flashing constantly. I have restarted the hub numerous times but nothing changes also the VM connect won't do or show anything. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing

I'm having the exact same problem today. Has been working fine for the last couple of years (or since the finish of the first trial). Restarted hub 3, checked the settings, and moved the pod closer to the hub, but the pod lights are still flashing. Something must have changed to cause this.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the Pods not connecting.

Can you please try a pinhole reset on your hub and see if that fixes the connection.

If that doesn't help, let me know and I can look at getting a new pod sent out.
