I’ve used the VM Connect app to test my WiFi, and results say I need one. However when I try to order one I get the message

Sorry, we’re unable to change your package online.
I always get this message for anything to do with upgrades. I’m on MaxitTV. Can I order one through here please?

No I haven’t been able to. I tried the text messaging service but they just referred me to customer service no. Long wait there so gave up. Can you help please.
