WiFi speed

On our wavelength

Hi All

I had to change my set up from ethernet to wifi in one room (the most used area by me) and the wifi is not at all good, something like between 20 - 30 mbs download using the virgin connect app. and not much better on Sam knows.

Like some others I cannot seem to request a pod using the Connect app. so can someone on here possibly help.

Thanks for confirming those details, the pod will be with you on Wednesday, you will get an email or a text message giving you the details of a 4 hour window for delivery.

Not much help to me. Just have hub 4 (and usual tv stuff) at this end. Just poor wifi in one room now so just need a pod. No money to splash out on the type of kit you have.

What package are you on?

Pods free on 1GB or Volt packages - otherwise its £8/month.

If on one of those then just wait and a VM person will respond here in a few days

I have used the connect app to test things at this end. That is where I was only getting 20 to 30mb. I tried to find how to request a pod using the app but something was not responding correctly on the app. I will try again but I won't hold my breath.
