I want to change my WiFi password as my neighbour has got it and is always connected to my Internet and I am worried about what he may be searching and downloading!

Log on to your Hub at 192.168.0. 1 using the router password from the label. (NOT the WiFi password). Navigate the menu to WiFi settings. You can change the password there.

How do I log on to my hub?

With a browser, as above.

Hello,

I've gone to the web address (http://192.168.0.1) to change my password however it keeps saying that my password is incorrect. I have used the 8-digit numbered Settings Password from the router, not the WiFi password (I also tried this just in case). How can I access my settings to change my password? I believe someone may have connected to one of my home internet devices and I wish to change my password asap.

Regards,

Luke

Try a different browser.
Clear its cache.
Try a different device.
Try on an ethernet cable instead of wifi
