Wi-Fi interference - smart TV

Hi, our WiFi is working and connected - but when I try Netflix/Disney+ etc via my LG Oled TV, none of them work and display various error codes.

TV also definitely connected to the WiFi, tried rebooting hub & still nothing.
Any ideas as this has only been happening in the last couple of days?

What Hub model is it?

Have you tried connecting the TV to the Hub by ethernet cable as a test to see if that is stable?


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
