Just set everything up.
however it says weak security on my phone and iPad once connected to the network.
I am also not able to use the hub app as it strangely says it can’t find my hub.. but I have a connection.
any answers please?

I am so sorry to hear that you were facing this weak security notice but this is nothing to worry about. A big thank you to g0akc for their advise, have you since been able to follow the steps via the link they provided?
