Weak security on my WiFi

Hello

When I tap info on my WiFi it says:

"Weak Security.  It says WPA/WPA2 (TKIP) is not considered secure.

If this is your WiFi network, configure the router to use WPA2 (AES) or WPA3 security type."

This concerns me very much.  Can I do this myself or do you need to send an engineer out to sort this out?  I'm not really a techie so don't want to start something that may disrupt my WiFi/broadband.

This is the link to the Apple Support page:  https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202068 which does suggest how you do it but as I say I am not that confident I won't screw up.

Any help will be much appreciated.  Many thanks.  Best wishes  Sue
