Hello, I don't have the right socket on the wall to connect the VM Broadband. I only have a BT socket like the one below:
How can I connect the VM broadband?

There may be more to it than that. If the Openreach socket is what you have, especially on new build, VM may not be in your area. Have you checked this?

We are sorry to hear you do not have the correct equipment in your home to complete the installation.
