So - first thing why my speeds are way below specification? Secondly, why I am enduring so many disconnects... this starts to be highly annoying.

Any chance for an update as issue is still existing and on the telephone you cannot get any further information other than it's complicated issue and engineers are working on it...

This is annoying when you work from home and your connection drops for few seconds every now and then while you are on call or working on remote servers...

When it will be finally resolved - my speeds are not right my connection is not right - what can be done to fix that as it not sensible to have expectation that you are getting what you have paid for.

Cant order a technician as "my router tests is ok" what can be done to sort it out finally? Can you order a technician and check the line from my home to exchange as it makes no sense to tolerate service when there are other options - I am patient but come on.
