Virgin connect app

I have an iPhone 7 and have downloaded 

virgin connect app when I go to the mobile part of it it says that I don’t have a virgin mobile account /sim

i do have a virgin sim and a mobile account tried resetting app reinsert sim had a new sim deleted app reloaded but it won’t work

anyone else have same problem

anyone know how to fix it please

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

 

When accessing the Mobile tab can you try this via Mobile data and let me know if this changes the response?

Thank you for checking that. Can you uninstall the app and reinstall it to see if this shows any difference?

My advice ...

Uninstall the app from your phone then reboot the phone.

Forget about the app.

Use the Hub GUI at 192.168.0.1 in a browser to manage the Hub settings.

Forget the app forever more.
