I cannot connected to any Virgin Media hotspots. Virgin Media Connect app says it’s been activated but when I go to Settings/WIFI and select Virgin Media it asks for my VM ID and password and then says my password is incorrect. Which it isn’t.

When inputting this information are you using your Connect app details or your My Virgin Media details?
