Not as far as I know. VM are working on it, and it's only been a year and a half since the public launch of the Hub 4, so you'll need to cut them some slack.....
As @Andrew-G advised at the moment, you cannot use the connect app with the Hub 4 at the moment but I can assure you that the team are working on this.
