I have Virgin Business with 500MB download and 50MB upload. Broadband has been working on this computer without problems for 6 months but went wrong yesterday: now have less than 1MB upload. Other computers in the office are working OK.
Solutions tried: re-starting router; re-starting computer; updating drivers; switching ethernet cable. Switched to wifi; that worked for a short while but that is no longer working.
Can not work like this! Any ideas? Many thanks!

If all the other computers connected are fine and have good upload then its not the Virgin service to be honest as it is delivering what it is supposed to. Will be either something PC specific or bad cabling, bad network point or settings on the machine itself. Do you have an IT dept. you could call to look at it?
