no, why would you suggest that, a completely unhelpful reply.
I know these details work if you ar e a virgin MEDIA customer, but what about if you are a virgin MOBILE customer? Do you have to authenticate using the sim, or is there a similar login to vmedwifi that can be used for virgin mobile customers?

You should also be able to use our Hotspot service if you are a standalone Mobile customer.
Download our VMConnect app and allocate your profile.
From there you should be able to access our Hotspots.
