Yes. The problem is nothing to do with area outages.

The main cable from the street cabinet to the property has broken at some point and a gash repair has been carried out inside the triangle box on the pavement. The last tech to visit [just over 3 weeks ago] diagnosed 'noise on the line between the street cabinet and the property and put it down to the repair.

Her manager said he would arrange a re-pull and nothing has happened.

Nobody wants to take ownership of this problem and people are using every excuse not to do anything about it.

Is a re-pull going to happen within the next 9 working days ?

Hi MikeRobbo,

 

The Area Field Manager sent me a message last night to say that he has asked the team to attend today to complete the repull. Unfortunately he didn't specify the time, but our repull time slots range between 8am-1pm and 1pm-6pm.

The team turned up at about 11:20.

They were quite understanding of the problems and agreed that the inline repair inside the 'T' was very, very likely to be the root cause of the ongoing problems.

Looks like there was an area outage at the time of your posting, looking at the account and your hubs stats today everything looks fine.
