Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear you are facing downstream issues again, I have had a look at things your end, I cannot see any issues our end, no faults or SNR, I can see you haven't rebooted our Router for 120 Days which may be the issue, please unplug the Router from the power sock, leave 2 Minutes then plug back in?
