Unable to get online

Hey everyone

Due to lockdown, working from home and been given our VOIP phones to take calls. I have 2 connected directly into my Netgear Nighthawk Router and they are causing all other devices connected to the WiFi to slow down which is not helpful. 

any idea on how to get my other devices to work without any issue caused by the phones. 

I await to hear anyone’s helpful response.

You’re using a third party router and a third party phone.

Not sure how this is virgins issue?

When I mentioned the issue to the phone provider they said to speak to Virgin about this as they said everything is working on their side. 

I am at a loss and unable to find anyone willing to take the blame and resolve the issue.
