Time not established error and Down/upstream channels n/a

We have been having issues with our WiFi connectivity. The WiFi signal is strong however no connectivity to internet, tried reset and restart many times but in vain. When checked with the router ‘time not established - Error numbers 84000200 and 84000100’

Time Not Established - 84000200 - SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire FEC framing;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.0;CM-VER=3.0;

Time Not Established - 84000100 - SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing;;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.0;CM-VER=3.0;

Checked on the downstream and upstream channels all listed as n/a

Please advise, thank you.

Apparently the cable outside our home got damaged and its been fixed now. The Tech (55766) who visited us was very helpful, excellent work!
