Terrible Virgin Media Connect App

Oh my lord. The messaging service on this app is diabolical. I message on Saturday during office hours and get a reply their closed. Then the whole of Sunday thy just respond with the same inane messages “do you still have an issue?”, “were pass this conversation onto the team”, “what’s your full name please?”. 

they don’t actually tackle the issue. And now today Monday I’ve had about 5 of the same inane responses bugging me.

 

sort out your customer service!!!!

I'd hazard a guess that it's not connecting.

Since it's a terrible app and doesn't connect.
