Your Downstream DOCSIS 3.1 Channel Power Level is far too low.

This will need an engineer to put right.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.

I have booked an engineer to come and resolve the issues, you can find the time and date via your my virgin media account should you wish to amend the time and date you are also able to do this on there.

Also experiencing these issues as have hub 4 in modem mode.

What I have found is that the admin page (192.168.100.1) regularly stops working, and sending a ping to the hub results in most packets timing out (not not all!). The only way to get back into the admin page is effectively to reboot the thing.

Having said the above, download speeds are generally ok and seem to hover in that 800-900 range (I wish I could get my previous FTTP provider, but that is a story for another thread. Upload seems to remain good at between 49-52, and pings are usually in the 6-10ms range, so for me this is largely about getting into the admin page to check everything is ok.
