Unfortunately, as the VM call centres are closed, I am seeking help from the forum.
Recently, 3 days ago, an issue occurred with our router where the ethernet ports have stopped working -- this is for all ports. The connected ports however do have the lights blinking green.
I have tried the following;
Restarting the PC Restarting router factory restarting the router disable and re-enable network drivers uninstalled and reinstalled network drivers flushed dns tried all the above again clean install of windows tried all the above again tried multiple different network cables looped back the ethernet cables back to the router
I tried the above by finding another thread on here that had the same issue.
Please could someone assist as the call centres are closed we do not have any connectivity to our PCs, TVs, Powerline etc.
