Why would my hub keep restarting if connections were not good? Am I missing something?
Yes as it tries to obtain a connection especially if the signal drop right out it will restart to acquire new channels etc. Also a restart reset the status like the Post/Pre Error.

I've been back on to the Broadband Quality Monitoring site that you recommended and copied the graphs of the last few days.
I suspect that the large spikes are not normal. Is this a problem?

THIS HAS JUST WIPED THE GRAPHS. HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF THE GRAPHS TO YOU?
