So recently ive been having really slow upload speeds and really bad latency and ping spikes.
Ive been monitoring my home connection via a BQM for multiple days.
Ive also noticed that the modulation on my upstream channels are never steady and constantly
Ive hard reset by turning the power to the modem off and unplugging directly from the socket.
Also ive checked all connections are finger tight but im still having these problems
Could someone please help as i greatly rely on upload speeds as i work from home and zoom meetings are an absolute nightmare

I've been able to look into your local area and can see that we've been struggling with High Utilisation since 27/01/21 and this due to come to an end on 27/04/21
