Super Hub 3 rebooting every 10-15 mins

I've been having issues with my SH3 since last night whereby it'll reboot every 10-15 mins.

Its configured in Modem Mode only as I run a Linksys EA9500 router.

Status Pages shows the following for the SH3.

Sorry to hear of the connection trouble, this may have been down to a bit of noise on the cable, though checking your connection all looks to be in good shape currently.

If you continue to experience any problems please drop us an update and we'll gladly investigate the matter further.

Hi Ralph 

Having issues this morning as the router is rebooting again ever few minutes.

It settle down after I last posted,but  its started to reboot again today.

I only use the SH3 in Modem mode as I have a linksys router.

Hi again, since the last post I've had fairly stable router usage where the router might reboot a few times a week, but over the past week it has been rebooting several times a day.

I only use the router in modem mode, would it possible to have an engineer come out and check whether there is a fault in the cable?

Hi again, the reboot have started again and I've even tried a factory reset on the router this morning.

Same as before several reboots before a stable connection which lasts 20-40 mins sometimes longer then same again.

Set up a free “Broadband Quality Monitor” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts - it will thus allow you to differentiate between those and simple wifi dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of any/all of your network disconnections, useful data to have to match to the Network logs (in your Hub settings) and also in discussions with VM. Make sure you uncheck the “ignore ping from WAN side” box in the settings if you see a wall of "red" - note it will take an hour or two to start seeing a sensible picture.
