I've had the superhub 2 now for 5 years and it's WiFi range has seriously decreased over the last month or so.
I haven't changed any settings within the router and I've reset it a few times.
Any help would be appreciated
Probably be best to get a new hub sorted to replace the older one, you could try the free upgrade program here https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/hub-swap
or hang around here for a few days or so and a staff member will be happy to help sort a replacement.
