Thanks for checking

Yes, primarily firestick streaming and laptop for VC, even in the same room as the hub.

Just looked to be data loss and high latency on the analiti logs I posted last night - that was the confusing bit

There doesn’t appear to be an issue with the stats posted though.

Have you factory reset the hub recently?

Yeah did it yesterday and again today just to double check

The Internet ping round trip time of 156ms for 90% of the attempts seemed high to me, wasn't sure if there was anything else I can check or whether an Engineer visit would be able to resolve (hard at the moment obviously)
