I have rerun analiti on the Firestick and seem to have a lot more data loss, only 86% and 91% success for DCHP Provided DNS Names Resolution latency - should these not be 100%?

Hi Gary, 

I hardwired to the hub earlier to check upload speed and try a process of elimination as I have a Virgin Powerline Wi-Fi booster connected at the power socket. Removing the adaptor didn't seem to have any real impact.

I'm currently sitting using Wi-Fi

Splitting the SSID into 2.4 & 5 has helped improve the DHCP provided DNS latency and Internet DNS Name Resolution latency to 100% (it was previously 80-90%)

The Router DNS Name Resolution latency is still sitting at 0% success though so presuming that's my issue?

Forget the WiFi. 
The hubs WiFi is notoriously poor as are the Virgin supplied boosters.

What speeds do you get wired to the hub directly?

So you need to invest in a better WiFi booster, or a decent mesh system or standalone router if you must use WiFi.
