For the past year anytime I try to reboot my hub, it takes a couple of hours to come back online. Consequently I have avoided doing so. I’ve been experiencing a spotty connection for the past couple of weeks and I know rebooting would help but I’m scared it won’t come back online this time. It’s the original Superhub I have and I don’t know if it’s just old. I have tried phoning Virgin Media but couldn’t speak to anyone, it just tested my connection.

Thank you. I just did that and that’s me getting a new hub. I have zero confidence navigating phone menus so thanks again.
