Hi, got some issues with the bandwidth i think:
It's a wired connection, already tried to reboot, reset the modem, changed and flushed the DNS, did all the tests on a second device.
Here's the router status:

This is a power level and / or noise on the line can you check that all of the connectors are hand tight on your hub / TIVO also check that there are no un-terminated connectors on splitters etc.
If the above doesn't resolve the issue then an engineer will be need to resolve the issue.
