Access the below section in your HUB and check what the SSID is set to, and ensure it's set to broadcast:

found it hard to believe you only one one wifi network in range.

Refresh the wifi list on the iphone

 

also thats not the same SSID you are connected to as your screen shot

Thank you Carl,

For some reason the 5G option was named ‘1’. I have renamed this and am now connected.

I have done a quick speed test and everything seems to be working 👍

The same thing recently happened to a work colleague following a local outage (SSID on 5G band changed to '1'). Very odd!
