Slow internet speeds

I currently pay for the 200MB broadband service, however I no longer have my 5g option and I also don't have speeds going above 40mb.

This has been going on for a couple of weeks now.

Please help with this asap.

Reboot the Hub and check again.

If that doesn't work you may need to do a factory reset / 60 second pinhole reset.

I have tried the reset and still I only get the 2g option.

Login to the hub and confirm it’s enabled.

Is it broadcasting the same SSID as the 2.4Ghz band?

The SSID on the 2.4Ghz is normal but I cannot see the 5Ghz one. This is my issue.
