I selected self set up and it requires a media hun to connect too. I don’t have one of them is there an alternative?

Virgin Media will supply a Hub for the broadband service - it will be delivered to your home.
To be able to complete the self install there needs to be a Virgin Media Socket or cable for the Hub to connect onto.
If you require help or advice call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 & explain the situation.
