Hi everyone,
The engineer came earlier today and installed a silver thing onto the coaxal cable, he also replaced the coaxal cable and checked the box outside and found some loose wiring which was not tight which he fixed, he also I believe moved our house down to a different port in the cabinet outside, hopefully this fixes the issues. He said the downstream power levels were too high and after installing the silver thing it improved.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and he was quite insightful, it was also a quick job. Great Service!
