Rubbish broadband

I have the broadband that can take 10+ devices, yet for the last 4 days it keeps dropping off intermittently and when trying to work form home you can imagine is frustrating. I have completed all the troubleshooting and even the iOS 14 weak security update and all seemed to be ok until this afternoon. Drops off abs can’t find the network them it suddenly appears again. Contacted Virgin via their Facebook page who said I have to post on here as you can’t speak to a person without doing so. Was also on hold for over an hour yesterday evening and was hung up on as the close at 8pm (website states 10pm)

Are the drop offs on wired or wireless devices?
