My internet connection has been spotty at best and downright unreliable at worst. It can be connected for an hour at a time and then die on me. I’ve talked (finally) to someone today who had to call me back in two hours since there were issues at VM so they couldn’t do all the tests. When he called back it was working and their issue was fixed so he presumed okay. I’ve restarted the router, reset it, restarted my laptop, unplugged the router at the wall and then replugged it. I’ve switched the DNS server to “google name servers” as that was showing as a fault. I feel so frustrated by it all. This has been happening for just under a week and I need my internet.
Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..
