Replacement Hub3

HUB 3 FREE UPGRADE 
I have tried to order the free Hub3 via the Connect app as it can not register my outdated hub2 for the Connect services.
Every attempt has hit a brick wall with no joy from 150 either.
Virgin Media Facebook advisor has asked me to text so a member of the team can access my account to check this but nobody has replied so I have been sent here for help. 
Can you please look into this and advise if you will be updating my equipment so I can access the services I am paying for.

Sorry to see that getting a new hub 3.0 was a struggle, it appears that we've now sent you a new Hub 3.0 as requested.

 

Can you please advise me if all is well with the new upgrade?
