Hi We have been having issue's with our 3.0 router for 2 years, it's supposed to have a white light but has been red for the 2 years, all fixes or troubleshooting has not worked, we are at our wits end as it's been disconnecting almost every few hours consistently which makes it extremely difficult to do anything online, we suspect it may be a problem with router itself, since this may be the case could a replacement be sent out as we would like this resolved after so long.
