RCS Partial service and SYNC FAILURE

I keep getting these errors:

SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

I called customer service, they sent an tehnician and he changed my cables but the problem still persists, i tryed calling again but they keep saying that my connection is fine but i assure you it isnt since the internet is dropping very often on all my devices. Its been like this for a while now its getting really annoying to the point that Im thinking about canceling the contract with virgin and getting another internet supplier. So I think I need some help. Please! 🙂 Thank you.

Hi,

If they changed your cable this normally fixes the connection issues. Since they changed the cable have they done pinhole reset on the HUB?

Yes, Ive rebooted and reseted the router since cable changes, more than once.
