Hi

might be a daft question but here goes:

I am having to relocate my hub 3 from an upstairs bedroom to downstairs but want to leave the Asus router where it is, is the Hub capable of pushing a signal through around 20m of cat6 cabling ?

cheers

John

The maximum single cable distance for Cat 6 cable is approx 100 metres.  So you are well within the limit  🙂

Hey @jka94036,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I can see that @Adduxi has answered your question but if you need to relocate your hub, we can do that for you but there would be a £25 charge to do so.

Hi

LeeR arranged for a tech to move the hub which took place yesterday

Thank you for that - if possible can you keep to the initial thread as it saves any confusion 🙂

Cheers,

Ryan.
