Hey Dave0509, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are getting these speeds in a bedroom.
Have you checked your online account to see if it is showing any appointments at all?
If they was ordered you should be able to see it there.
If not the best way to get a pod order is download the Virgin Connect app, from here do a scan.
If the scan picks up that you need a pod it will allow you to order some.
However they can be chargeable depending what package you on.
They are free on Volt, 1GB or Oomph bundles.

I have already used the connect app but there is no link to order a pod. Spoke to an agent he promised an email within 4hrs to confirm delivery. There are no outstanding orders in my account.
